Vinyasa Flow Yoga
In a Vinyasa Yoga class we focus on linking the breath, via inhale and exhale, with our movements, in and out of poses as well as from one posture to another. Generally a fast paced strong practice which builds a cleansing, de-toxing heat in the system while strenghtening and toning the body.
In this class expect to gain greater strength and co-ordination, develop concentration and focus, all while improving both stamina and flexibility.
